Development progress on May

The pace of the development is getting faster.
The erection of tower crane will be a determining factor of the progress of the slabs and pillar.

JeSSe, nice work here...

U didn't smuggle in to capture photo?

I did that all the time :p

Hehe,
it was not so nice since both the project managers were there.

Did have a little chat with them on the progress.

It seems like they have lot more 'outside' work need to deal with rather being full force on the development.

Outside means the complaints from the surrounding neighbourhood.

JeSSe,

According to the project manager, the damage not that serious. The damage only minimal, luckily the developer took photo b4 and after the blasting. They have a whole album on this.

I had uploaded more photo today in my picasa. Please refer to my public album.

This time i did ask permission to go in. Sure i have to bare 'at my own risk' slogan to enter that compound :)

Beginning today, I no longer can post the photo on VG.

Sad news.... :(

what a disaster news?!

Any plan to get a SLR? for replacement?

Your role as a site reporter is very important leh.

Hey vista gambier,
you are back on track. it has been awhile never heard news from your side.

I will send N95 to service center, c what is the repair cost. If too high may consider to get a new one.

DSLR? Plan to get one, but i seldom use and to me too bulky. I already order a Lumix 10M camera from Japan. Will get it by July. FYI, Japan selling 900++ where else here selling 1400++.

I still have my antique 3.1M camera, but the batteries seems kong as well.

So for the moment, no photo... Perhaps after may... I will resume my task.

Today went to the site, they start to build the ground floor, I think they will fill in the cement maybe this week or another week.

Lots of ppl working there now. Good job.

Good to know the progress from the site.

i do really hope the residence from the neighbourhood can really be patient for what it is at this moment. We do understand their frustration amongst the air, noise pollution over their half million properties.

Come to think of it, what happen if the PORR really take place, and that is the government project at the same location? Will they make that much of voices?

But, if i were their position, i will make the same comments also, but i will be reasoning to the developer for the necessary compensation rather object just because of the sick of objection.

Do anyone see the remarks of

"Comment moderation has been enabled. All comments must be approved by the blog author."
at the vistagambier blog.

Or it is only the message from my terminal?

The author is very selective of comments posting on his page.

If we didn't simply shhot ppl there, it is ok for us to post...

Yes Yes, i see it too... i guess the administrator does it on purpose due to too many derogatory comments.

It has been quite some time since i last visited the site. Since Ree is currently off from taking photos, i might volunteer myself to do the job. I will try to take some photos by next week. :)

Btw, i have taken up the load from OCBC with BLR-1.8(Zero Cost).

Ree said...

OCBC give -1.8%? now highest rate is -2.1%.

I manage to get -1.9%

Ree cant take photo.... Today just send my N95 to service center.

JeSSe said...

Any reason why whose OCBC?
Ambank were able to provide -1.9% and some other bank may provide attractive package also what?

Unless there do provide more cash deposit ATM or you nay have other OCBC bank account for the online transfer.....

Ree said...

now new package are around -2.3%
How come so good package lately?

JeSSe said...

Today went to the site. THe extended area already completed with cement.

I believe that next week, they will fill the cement on ground level. Joining the extended area with solid ground. Thus constuct the flooring of the whole ground level.

Kambateh... Looking forward on this.
