We may see the physical skeleton of Vista Gambier is raising in the coming months.
And, we may materialize the verbal promise from LW for the below measures
1. Metal grilled/fencing at corridor area.
2. Visitor Carpark
3. Upgrade package for corner lot with window panel.

1) Windows, original design is sliding, this mean that window can only open 1/2. Hope that developer can change to 'push out' type windows. So that the windows can open 100% wide.
2) Toilet tiles, hope that it will change to full wall tiles.
3) Narrow entrance
4) Entrance scanner, no idea what developer will use here. Wish to have a long range sensor instead of the conventional touch and go.
5) Security, regency height comes with alarm security for every unit. Hope VG have this too.
6) Wish list for lift security, not every floor are accessible, only pass able for those who stay on that level.
7) Higher ceiling on every level.
This is all I can think off at the moment.
Any other suggestions?
Wow, Ree.
You do have a 'relatively' long wish list.
Were those discussed with LW before your purchase? :)
I do agree with those mentioned from your end. I dont mean to 'put lang shui' but i think we should go for those more realistic one first.
1) are our windows sliding? or push out? did LW mentioned about this before? (i cant remember)
2) Toilet tiles, i remember those are full wall to ceiling (black + white tiles)
3) Entrance, i do agree with you that i want to make it as big as possible.
4) security system + entrance scanner, should duplicate from hotel like, like floor sensitive as mentioned.
5) higher ceiling, isnt that the unit comes with 10'? (i also cant remember leh.
No harm to brainstom every thing here... :)
Ya , Jesse, they did mention something abt changing tiles. The price list come out already?
My suggestion not realistic? I think the narrow entrance cannot help much lor. Other still can improve.
Abt 1) They mentioned sliding. but they are not too sure. Some contractor said sliding, some said push type.
Abt 2) I forgot what is the covering range.
Abt 7) They stated 10 feet? I didn ask on purchase. :p
My mistake here, toilet tiles should be full tiles till ceiling.
2) Jesse, the tiles not black and white la. U can go to the office and have a look on the tiles.
Sorry mate. :p
whoops. my apology for the bad memory.
i didnt go lw office since august after signing the SPA.
:) must drop by and say hi to ms chin already.
Ree, do you know have LW finalised the design of the unit already? (for both interior and exterior)
Should finalised already...or else how to build ar?
I mean those remarks of changing the fence to brick wall and possible upgrade of the window panel for corner unit.
I did ask them the renovation that is external of the purchase unit that may need the approval of developer or not, as that may affect the overall architecture language of the building.
hmm, i guess i have to check with LW for the details already.
This i cannot tell. I presume that you are buying a corner units? Perhaps unit 1 or 8?
With respect, I believe that for those units, it require heavy renovations to relaim the full 1500sq feet?
Indeed LW u may required to ask on these.
Should learn from the best:
Bayswater security is great. The owner will need use T&G card to access before they can enter the lift. This make it very "GRAND"
Bayswater are selling at 400+K and price of VG is almost the same we should have the same facilities as Bayswater. We dont mind pay a bit more for a better security
Have any noticed that the Fencing on around the podium has change from metal grilled to Brick Wall already?
I was comparing the images from the Model House and the actual building lately, i was trying to figure out what was the major differences from the building.
Anyway, i think that is easier to maintain compared to Metal Grilled. Easier to repaint.
I hope that may apply to the residential floor too.
Yup, fencing from metal to brick. But that cement is quite thin. Hope that in the residential floor will have a thicker wall :)
Confirm the price went up another 40k to 50k...
