The Tower Crane with LW logo
Told you that the erection of the Tower Crane may be the determining factor for the progress of the construction.
Let's check out the attached pictures for the up-to-date progress for your reference.
Good work, Lereng Wira / Vista Gambier.

Once again, thanks Jessie for update.
I think they already completed 1/2 of the ground floor. Hope by this week, it will complete the ground floor.
I still dont like the entrance... the road seems so narrow. Hope that they can solve this prob ASAP...
I agree with you, Ree.
I do hope that there can have wider access road and entrance.
That may give a 'grand' feeling for the condo, else it may be too narrow and look 'stingy' on the architecture design.
Will we have the visitor car park after all?
I was there yesterday, i do feel the pressure of the Tower Crane when i took pictures around it. I do understand the feeling of the residence there for the complaints. But i believe the structural company may have thought over the safety factor already, right?
It is coming to end may/begin june. Let's see how well the June/July to complete the show room to be true.
Thanks for the great work Jessie! I am a purchaser of a unit on the 8th floor and I am looking forward to it's final completion! GO! GO! GO!
Visitor car park? I think the developer told that there will be 10 to 20.. I am not so sure abt this amount but there sure is space allocated for visitors.
Imagine, if ppl park outsite, with such narrow road, how are we suppose to enter or exit?
Another thing is the balcony, according to the layput, it is metal grill on the balcony. I asked the developer, they said it will be brick wall. Hope that this is true.
Abt the car park, hope that the car park are not using metal as well(such as spring). I prefer bricks walls rather then metal fencing.
I think we should discuss on the nagative, hope that we can iron these prob with developer.
I think jesse can create a section on this. So that we can highlight this to developer. Hope that everything can iron out before the completion of the project.
Thank you guys, thank you for the compliment made on the update picture.
I have discussed the carpark and also the fence matter to LW before i signed the SPA last aug.
The told me that they have already look into few amendment on the plans that are going to benefit the purchaser:
1. metal grill/fencing for the corner lot that to upgrade to brick wall, and may have upgrade package for the window panel installed.
2. visitor carpark to allocate to larger area, cant remember the nos.
i'll arrange for the 'improvement required' section that is to summarise our request to discuss with LW. Will that be nice?
I saw this in the palm paladdium post:
I share this in other blog. My grading for houses in town in preference is;
(> means better than).
Delima palace > Bayswater> Palm palladium > the brezza > Regency height > I-Regency > ixora height > d-piazza > summer place > the spring > vista gambier > oasis.
Delima palance & palm palace are still the best as it is low dense and big size. Interior structure are very very nice. Bayswater, the brezza & regency height are in good grading but high dense with about 500units (500u * 3persons). The others are less prefereble.

I dunno abt others, but i am sure that VG is better than palm palladium, I-regency, d-piazza and the spring.
Palm palladium: many units facing each other, windows to windows etc. Need to take a big round to turn in the place.
I-regency: The maids room window facing corridor, dry area beside corridor, 1 floor 10 units(SkyVilla), high density
D-piazza: layout ok but high maintenance, high density
The spring: Layout ok. Not so good surrounding, lease hold, less facilities.
Our VG? not perfect as well, please refer to the improvement list :)
I went last week... Found out that they fully utilised the space..
Can c that the build up area almost reaching the temporary fence.
Hope they can have the show unit ready by july/august...
Saw the blog? Some ppl just kacau there.
Lazy to reply their commens, Like talking to a kids.
Will let them write what ever they like. Lazy to reply next time. Anyone know why they dig so big hole on the power plant site?
Main supporting ppl here. No news from u all lately?
Ree,
I think those ppl are really interested in seeing ppl failing while theirs is not succeeding anywhere.
Better let the scene says it all, rather you explain too much.
Most of the things has been discussed and resolved in the blog but still the new comers just like to fried things up.
Spoken to LW window (u know who), they expect the next release price will be touching 400K already (for those intermediate unit).
The retention of sales is solely due to the increment of the construction material and also the release of the bumilot, then only open for order.
According to them, they will start to plan and finalise on the show house unit in these coming weeks.
and also finalising with the design soon.
it seems like this blog is only 3 ppl involved only. not so popular leh
The layout already on its way?
I got some suggestion on the intermediate unit. The dry area actaully can fully utilised. By hacking the wall from study room to dry area. And this dry area site build the wall with sliding windows. This can block the direct view to the neighbouring units.
My camera is on the way... Will continue to capture more photo next week. My N95 is still in the workshop. WTH, took them so long to repair.
Yup, less ppl post here. Dont care. U also seldom post here what. Are u busy lately? Busy to jaga kids?
I think it is time to invest more property, do you wanna take part on the purchasing of this summer place? Now property is the right choice of investment. Other investment not so interesting and risky. Thinking to buy some landded in BM as well.. Quite cheap and big!.
When it is inflation, should buy more property :p
hehe, sori for slow response on the bloggg.
i was spying on the site but unfortunately didnt post the picture, as those are similar progresss.
to be franked, i am quite happy with the progress after the erection of the tower crane. and eying closely for the progress of the following schedule to complete the project as a whole.
further investing on other project?
i am still surveying. i guess there is only summer place, that is quite promising and affordable in the coming months.
Platino was touch to the ceiling already.
The spring, not worth to invest anymore.
a word of advice, mainland's properties is worth to stay but not seems to be nice for investment,.As the supply is more than demand, and also much more variety for selection.
If funding is not a concern, i am strongly recommending the landed property or empty piece of land at island.
There is no way to create more empty land, but population will increase over the time. Therefore, the demand will be more than supply.
Agreed?
I guess a lot of ppl visit this blog, but they just lazy to post up comments. Ms Chin is one of them. How many kids does Jesse has? His wife can jaga ma..
Btw, I think got to be cautious in investing in mainland. Too many choices. I plan to buy one in Tambun too. But let's just wait for the second bridge to progress first. Anything might happen during this difficult time.
DOn't reply those ppl who ask rubbish question. Kacau only.... I think all these are due to jealousy..They cant get theirs, so they start to jealous at others...
