Something to share to you all.

There will be a wall in between unit. This mean that no window to window between each unit.

The corner unit is very spacious, 2bathrooms can even put bathtub!

Every unit with large windows.

Small dumping area. 1 sq feet width only!

There will be a back lane exit.

Lots of wind there :)

High wall if compare with other!

Door frame will use aluminium instead of wood!. Great.

All above are based on my observation.

Love the corner unit design. Very spacious.

Intermediate wih small toilets! The corridor to rooms should make it smaller, I think it is a bit wide.

Narrow balcony. I think only 2 sq feet width.

The curve corner between kitchen and entrance already modified. No more 45 degree, it is 90 degree now.

The master bedroom a bit narrow if compare to 2nd room. This is personal observation.

I think i have to trouble you to take over the progress update as our field reporter already.

Myself is our of penang for 2 months, therefore may not be able to share the joy of seeing the development by myself and other purchaser.

Bad news!!!

According to the developer! There will be no wall in between units!! Only show unit have this! WTH. Just a wall they cannot do this? Show unit just to trick ppl?

Acording to the developer! Balcony and corridor will use metal grill frame!!! When purchase time, LW promised to change to cement wall! but now still metal?

According to the developer! We cannot extend our power points!!! What the hell is this? We cannot add point? When purchase time LW said before the construction of unit, they will call us to add points!! Sudden no this and no notice given? WTH?

I already make sound to Miss Chin! Ask her to confirm this once again. But the power point is 100% true. We cannot add points! The reason is to speed up the process from program manager! What so difficult to add points? They just need to provide 2 or 3 layout types to choose! That is it!.

Really? If this is the case we as a purchaser should make soud too. Everyone here just make a phone call to LW.

Request to have cement wall on balcony and corridor.

Request to have wall in between units.

Request to add point. This i not sure since only 1 standard allow.

Confirm that Unknown give us the information correctly...

Metal grill on balcony and corridor. Hope that they use more better steel like stainless steel.

Wall between units depends on project manager. I dont think they will build this wall to reduce cost.

Power points confirm that we cannot add. Hence, this need that we need the hacking during renovation.

S and P does not stated what material they use such as bricks and steel.

When purchase time, LW said not steel fence, it is a full brick wall on corridor and balcony.

Wall between units they never mention when purchase. but when u see the show unit, lvl 1 will have the wall but i dont think every level have.

Power point LW also stated that we can add the point pre progress. But it end up we cannot add the point. We need to hack the wall after completion.

I passed by the VG yesterday.Yes, it is confirmed. They are using the metal grill on the balcony. It is in red colour. Quite ugly la.....haha...

Nvm la..if no wall, then use curtain to cover the window up. With this, nobody can look through the room also.

I checked on other condominium and i found out that most of them use the metal grill frame for corridor as well as balcony. I think as long the metal is strong enough, it should not be major concern to us.

No wall? Need to ask neighbour rather wanna build the wall with 50% sharing on the wall cost... I think the wall cost around 500 to 1 k kua?

I thought they have requested the contractor for the amendment and some more discussed with the archi already?

If that the case, then how can upgrade inthe future/

i saw the grill today... It looks cheap and ugly. I think even a low cost flat looks better.

The planterbox with no partition on the metal grill. The metal grill so low there. Miss chin bullshit abt can hack out to make it as master bed room corridor. BS la, how can we hack out by changing the external grill? This is not allow on the modification of external structure!

Really dissapointed here. The corridor also the grill in 1 piece. Both grill share among 2 units. When raining, sure this area wet and the water may go in our unit as well. The glass metal frame might rusted as well.

I think they give us the lowest cost material kua.

The metal and other construction material , and also the petroluem price has gone down already, why would LW want to use cheapo material.
THe standard must remain same as promised. Remember, this is still the Signature product for them.

OK, i have seen the photo taken on the exterior of the building already.

It is so much different from the model house we have seen.

LW has changed the rect to round pipe, that is still acceptable, but how come not the same height?

That is the exterior, where public may look the outlook of the building. Why dont just make it at even height?

Looks classy a little, somemore, rect/sq pipe should be easier to fab the grill, again, dont know why not using the shape pipe?

we do hope that the interior must not be compromised in built quality..... if they have done it on the exterior already.


But seriously. I hope LW can reconsider to fix the grill at same height. That look more classy and standard.

the low height grill is gangerous if some one want to fix the planery over the window.

it may protect the plant but not the ppl.

in summary. master bed room balcony cannot hack out. Balcony will always wet, you need to pay your own balcony and planter box roofing. Prepared with more paints. Paint your grill every 3 months and hope that you do not fall off your unit. Pray that your neighbour do the same thing. If your neighbour do not do so, they whole steel will be replace, you need to bare the steel puchase as well.

Please check who your neighbours is, so that you can share the wall partition between neighbour. Prey that they cooperate to share together the expences. If no, you need to close your 3rd rooms curtain 24 hours for 365 days.

Pray that they allocate side by side parking(they promised sided by side, but so far all promises never realised). Hope that this parking promise does come true.

Pray that back lane exit/2nd exit does come with tight security. Dont tell me that area only with single thin stick autogate like mutiara ria.

Any one visited Bayswater condo? their security i think is the best among all condo. Dont tell me that Vg cannot do it, VG also selling at 430k above! Bayswater only 420k on the intermediate unit based on the market value.

Any other comments?

I think the show unit progress well. Yes, a few months delay. I think it will be ready b4 dec.

I understand how upset you are for something no as told by the LW sales person there.

Yes, there are no wall and metal grill in balcony. Planter box I dont think we can extend out.

But, if you notice lately, they give a very nice tinted windows, together with nice swing out windows. This windows seems promising and nice.

I believed that you purchased the unit with launching price? I think the location and spacious layout worth your investment.

Regarding the metal grill thing, i think most of the mordern developer using metal such as The spring and Palm palladium. Maybe there are some false info given by the sales reps. I admit that this project is not perfect. But for the space and location. I think overall, it worth your investment here.

we again seen some update from the site (reported by you).

The color match... i do have my presonal reservation, those are relatively too conservative, i would go for greater tone contrast.

the exterior looks still ok with the quality of the finishing.

But still, the metal grill may need some improvement in height for safety reason. The accessment is below waist line, therefore extra care required when the plant lover want to touch up with their plantery.
