Anyone noticed the main blog? Few ppl claimed that the color looks low class? Or perhaps they c the metal grill and claimed that is it low class?
As I told, not only unknowm complaint, there are more ppl out there that complaint on this. The color seems too many colors, like kido colors. Maybe this is the reason ppl against it?
The show unit... VG has done somework on the intermediate unit and corner unit
It is not the main intension for them to show the corner unit, that's why they only stop at flooring (as the option upgrade package) and drop ceiling with down lights.
overall. it gives a mild impression for me to visual how our unit actually look like in the future.
i was told that the project is targeting to be completed by end oct 2009.(subject to council approval)
i am seriously looking forward to receive the unit soon. at least the pay out is more cost viable....
I'm ok with the show house. No complain. Hopefully, they will be able to complete it by end of this year. This is the only thing that i'm very worry about.

The exterior color is exactly like VistaRia Condo, Sungai Ara.
Beige + Pink color.
It is not low class or any how, but the artist impression shown in the brochure and model house were more classy in any way.
Therefore, it is "xian1 ru1 wei2 zhu3" (mandarin) - first impression from the article.
Any somemore there are lot more reference building around, so ppl may have higher expectation at least at par not lower.

Ppl complaint abt the tiles, the grill, car park turning.
But overall the place looks spacious and the floor tiles looks nice.
